The One-Million Rand Wedding package is being offered by the boutique Oyster Box Hotel in South Africa. The Castle Inn Riverside, Kansas

Originally a private home, Castle Inn Riverside was built in 1888, based on architectural drawings from a Scottish castle. The block-long property has been under the loving care of Dr. Terry and Paul Lowry since 1994, which turned it into a 14-room inn. Kansas requires that couples 18 and over who want to marry must present themselves, their birth certificates and divorce decrees or death certificate. If applicable, Kansas has a three-day waiting period. All require fees of $50 to $60 for the marriage license, payable in cash or money order; no blood tests or medical papers are necessary. Licenses issued in Washington are valid for 60 days; those in Kansas may be used up to six months after issuance.
