Stockholm to Host Royal Wedding, LOVE Fest

On June 19, the marriage of HRH Crown Princess Victoria and Daniel Westling will take place in Stockholm. The City of Stockholm is extending an invitation to a grand celebration that will allow Stockholmers, tourists and visitors to celebrate together. The theme of this celebration is love and its name is LOVE Stockholm 2010.

The two-week celebration will commence with the inauguration of Sweden’s annual National Day festivities on June 6. The celebration then continues over the following two weeks, culminating with the wedding on June 19. LOVE Stockholm 2010 will take place at venues throughout the city center as well as at various locations in the greater Stockholm area.
