In order to get legally married in Aruba, couples must first have a civil ceremony in our beautiful historic "Stadhuis" (Civil House) located downtown Oranjestad. The bar at the Novotel Monte-Carlo is launching a new cocktail to celebrate the Prince's upcoming wedding. A selection of home-made tapas accompanies this cocktail, which is named "Alliance" (French for wedding ring) for the occasion. It can be enjoyed from 27 June in the bar of the hotel. This new drink will be served in delightful cocktail glasses. It has a base of cranberry juice, peach liqueur, lychee liqueur and champagne on a layer of white vanilla jelly, to create the effect of the Monegasque flag.
