The bar at the Novotel Monte-Carlo is launching a new cocktail to celebrate the Prince's upcoming wedding. A selection of home-made tapas accompanies this cocktail, which is named "Alliance" (French for wedding ring) for the occasion. It can be enjoyed from 27 June in the bar of the hotel. This new drink will be served in delightful cocktail glasses. It has a base of cranberry juice, peach liqueur, lychee liqueur and champagne on a layer of white vanilla jelly, to create the effect of the Monegasque flag.

Stockholm to Host Royal Wedding, LOVE Fest

On June 19, the marriage of HRH Crown Princess Victoria and Daniel Westling will take place in Stockholm. The City of Stockholm is extending an invitation to a grand celebration that will allow Stockholmers, tourists and visitors to celebrate together. The theme of this celebration is love and its name is LOVE Stockholm 2010.

The two-week celebration will commence with the inauguration of Sweden’s annual National Day festivities on June 6. The celebration then continues over the following two weeks, culminating with the wedding on June 19. LOVE Stockholm 2010 will take place at venues throughout the city center as well as at various locations in the greater Stockholm area. The city will also be specially decorated for the two-week period. LOVE Stockholm 2010 will present visiting artists.

The venue for Love Stockholm 2010 is primarily the city centre for example Kungsträdgården and Skeppsbron but activities will also take place in outer Stockholm. During these two weeks, the beautiful City of Stockholm will be lavishly decorated.
