For larger affairs, they can combine the Esplanade and Cafe Fleuri to accommodate 220 guests.

You can also get married at Boucan, taking full advantage of their plantation-chic style and the dramatic 'big nature' all around to give your wedding an original and naturally romantic backdrop. Your ceremony can take place in a variety of locations around the 140-acre estate all of them with a dramatic beauty that is quite different to the usual Caribbean wedding. Alternatively, you can take over the entire Hotel – just ask and they will create a tailor-made day just for you.

When not sunning, swimming or relaxing in their “cocoa pods", as rooms are called, guests can visit the plantation, lend the harvesters a hand and enjoy a “tree-to-bar” experience, in which they partake in every step of making their own confectionery. Not enough chocolate dine at Boucan inspired by the rare cocoa growing around them, they have a Cacao Cuisine menu.
