Your ceremony can take place in a variety of locations around the 140-acre estate all of them with a dramatic beauty that is quite different to the usual Caribbean wedding. Alternatively, you can take over the entire Hotel – just ask and they will create a tailor-made day just for you.

When not sunning, swimming or relaxing in their “cocoa pods", as rooms are called, guests can visit the plantation, lend the harvesters a hand and enjoy a “tree-to-bar” experience, in which they partake in every step of making their own confectionery.
